前言

合成致密、高度均一的薄层构造成为制备高性能有机钙钛矿太阳能电池的要害步骤。太阳能转化为电能的过程中,资料的缺点态,特殊是深度缺陷态,经常导致其能量转换效率下降、性能、寿命受损。这意味着薄膜材料中的缺陷态必需越少越好,因为缺陷态导致开路电压和短路电流密度的降低。最新Science研究发现通过在合成过程的阳离子溶液中引入碘负离子,就可以减少深度缺陷态。通过该办法合成的钙钛矿薄膜在小电池(small cell)中的能量转换效率达到22.1 %,在一平方厘米的电池(1-square-centimeter cells )中效率到达19.7 %。
